What is the minimum storage period?

Two months.

What can’t I store?

Prohibited goods includes, without limitation, goods that are hazardous, dangerous, illegal, stolen, flammable, explosive, environmentally harmful, perishable, living, or that can pose a risk to any person or property, including any lithium-ion battery or item containing a lithium-ion battery.

What happens if I want to extend the storage period?

The storage period extends automatically until 14 days written notice is given by either party.

What if I require my PIN code reissued?

If you’ve forgotten your PIN, just reach out to the office and we can issue a new one. Please be aware that for security reasons, photo ID may be required before a replacement code is given.

What if there is an issue (e.g. problem with the gates) after hours?

What about Insurance?

Malaga Self Storage does not arrange insurance and disclaims liability for the loss of any goods stored. Goods are stored at your own risk.
