How do I apply to secure a storage Space?

What is the minimum storage period?

Two months.

What can’t I store?

You must not store hazardous dangerous, illegal, stolen, perishable, environmentally harmful or explosive goods.

What happens if I want to extend the storage period?

The storage period extends automatically until 14 days written notice is given by either party.

When do I get my Deposit returned?

The Deposit will be refunded within 30 days of termination of the Self Storage Agreement subject to the storage Space and/or car bay being left in a clean condition and in a good state of repair.

What if I lose my access card?

Lost cards are deactivated and a replacement card is issued. (A non-refundable fee of $55 will apply for the replacement Swipe card).

What if I need an additional access card?

Additional cards are available for a fee of $55.

What if there is an issue (e.g. problem with the gates) after hours?

What about Insurance?

Malaga Self Storage does not arrange insurance and disclaims liability for the loss of any goods stored. Goods are stored at your own risk.

What payment methods are available?

BPay, money order, EFT, Rental Rewards and cheques.
